What Are The Costs?

Annual membership to this UK dropship company's scheme is £35 inc VAT.

The products are priced at our wholesale prices +10% handling + Shipping + VAT.

What if an Item Goes Out Of Stock

All items have their stock level reviewed at the end of each day, We will endeavour to supply our dropshippers orders by reordering from our suppliers but sometimes this will not be possible. Please visit our "Stock Status Page" page for details of items that have just sold out or that we have a low stock for, and for items which have recently returned to stock.

Category A, B,C, D & E  are sent via Royal mail 1st Class Post. Category F, G, H & J are sent by Next Day Carrier Service and are trackable.

Multiple Items When two or more items are sent to the same address shipping will be charged at the rate of the item with the highest value shipping band plus 50% of any other item shipping band within the order.

Example : You order 3 items, one is in price band A, one in price band B and the other is in price band E. E is charged at full price. Band A is charged at 50% and Band B is charged at 50 %

The total shipping for these 3 items is E £3.99 + A £0.62 + B £1.37 Total carriage £5.98

You can contact us to arrange a return. We will refund you the cost of the item, but not the shipping charge or costs of transport in either direction. Sales from our site are business-to-business.

Q. Why do I have to pay to join this dropship service?
A. Two reasons: firstly, to stop consumers from simply purchasing direct from the dropship site whenever they want to buy something.  Our margin is (quite rightly) vhery slim on dropshipping, and we need to protect you, and us, from one-off orders from end customers.  Secondly, it costs us a little to manage the dropshipping community, and this subscription helps us pay for this overhead.

A. Beyond initial registration, simply the cost of placing an order.

A. This varies depending on the price of the item.  We are selling to you at wholesale plus 10%, plus shipping.

Q. Do you have a recommendation on the retail prices I should charge my customer?
A. For approximate retail prices take the ex. VAT prices on this site and multiply by 2.5 (plus shipping).

Q. Do you have 24 hour/7 day a week ordering?
A. Yes - but we actually ship Monday to Friday.

Q. How long does it take before you dropship my order?
A. Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank holidays).  So for example, an order placed at 10am on Monday will be shipped before 10am on Wednesday.  We recommend that you tell your customers to allow 7 days from ordering to receipt.

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. We will send you a confirmation email.

Q. How do I know if the items I am ordering are in stock?
A. We only offer for sale items which are available.

Q. Do I need to have a trading license to order from your website?
A. No.

Q. How can I obtain pictures and descriptions for my website or auctions?

A. It is not in our interests to do so.  We want to look after our dropshippers - they help us grow our business.

Q. Do I have to charge VAT?
A. The rules are set by the UK Customs and Excise.  As far as we know, all sales to customers within the European Economic Community (EEC) must include sales tax (even if you are supplying from outside the UK) However this only applies in the UK if you are VAT registered.  At the time of writing you only need to register yourself with VAT if are earning, or, you are likely to earn, in excess of £58K per year.

A. Although this is business-to-business, we do operate what we believe to be a generous returns policy; return us the product at your expense and we will refund the full price of the item (not including the delivery charge).
